Whether youâve been in business for one month or several years, youâve likely heard some version of this: âYou need a clear message for your coaching offer to be irresistible!â
Sure, thatâs true. FACT!
But letâs be real: what does that even mean when your business is built around transformation?
When you help people shift something internal or intangible, like self-worth, leadership, mindset or life purpose?
How do you put “that” into words that actually sell?
Without writing a novel.
Without making it about you.
Without jargon or “air-fairy-fluffy” language.
And definitely without sounding like every other coach in your niche.
Hereâs the truth most coaches arenât told:
â Your coaching offer isnât just a list of what you do.
â
Itâs the foundation of your business… your visibility, your authority and your sales…
đ If your coaching message isnât clear and compelling, even the best offer will fall flat.
So, letâs fix that… NOW!
Whether youâre just starting out, pivoting your niche or scaling to 10k+ months, this article will help you craft a coaching offer that doesnât just sound nice… but that actually converts.
Here’s what we’re going to talk about…
- Why your coaching offer isnât converting (yet), even if youâre amazing at what you do
- How to craft an irresistible coaching offer that converts (and actually sounds like you)
- Letâs wrap this up with some real talk

Why your coaching offer isnât converting (yet), even if youâre amazing at what you do
Youâll notice I said craft your coaching offer… not âwriteâ or âcreateâ it.
Thatâs because an offer that converts isnât just a list of what you do.
Itâs layered, intentional, and built to connect deeply.
When itâs done right, it makes your dream clients say: âOMG, you’re in my head!â
Here’s why most offers donât do that… and how to make sure yours does.
1. Youâre using “empty” and overused words that have lost their flavors
These are words like âempoweredâ, âuplevelâ, âalignmentâ, âstep into your powerâ, “reach your next level”…
But those words are too broad. Theyâre everywhere.
Your dream clients scroll past it because it doesnât stop them in their scrolling festival.
Would you pay someone to 1) “take your business to the next level faster than ever” or to 2) “double your sales in 4 weeks or less without posting 3 times per day on social media?”
I know you’ve answered option 2… So make sure to be specific and once you’ve drafted your coaching offer copy, read it by taking a stranger’s perspective and ask yourself if you would invest money, if you didn’t know the person who wrote it.
2. Youâre talking too much about yourself
If your homepage starts with âHi, Iâm *your name*, I helpâŚâ… and your content starts with “I am not here to XYZ, but I will show you how to XYZ…”
Then youâre leading with YOU.
But your dream clients are not looking for your bio. Theyâre looking for signs you understand them.
3. Youâre skipping the real pain + desire
Transformation-based buyers need to feel seen before they buy.
If your message is all sunshine and âlive your best lifeâ but skips the stuck, foggy, frustrating middle, then you’re not speaking to their current reality.
BUT!!! There’s a big BUT here!!! đ
There’s indeed a way to talk about the pain and frustrating current reality so that it speaks to them now, in a way that’s ethical…
WITHOUT being in a “doom and gloom” mode,
WITHOUT playing on their negative emotions,
WITHOUT shaming
AND WITHOUT FOMO!!!
You want to make them feel seen understood AND activate their potential so that they see themselves as able, capable and as an action taker!
If you’re nodding along thinking âokay, this speaks to meâŚâ, then youâre gonna love what Iâve got for you.

How to craft an irresistible coaching offer that converts (and actually sounds like you)
If your offer sounds like everyone elseâs, even your dream clients will scroll past.
Hereâs how to fix that and make your message impossible to ignore đ
Write like youâre speaking to one dream client… not a crowd!
Picture your favorite past client, the one you secretly wish you could clone!
Use their exact words. Their struggles. Their Secret dreams.
If you haven’t had a dream client yet (whether you’re a beginner, you’ve pivoted or have been attracted non-ideal clients), I got you!
Check out my Ideal Client Avatar Worksheet, and finally get clear on your dream client for a specific message that sells.
đŻ Your goal? Make them feel like youâre reading their mind (and yes, the Ideal Client Avatar Worksheet, will definitely help you with that)
Lead with what your dream client wants, NOT the process you use to get them there.
Nobody wakes up thinking, “I need a trauma-informed business coach.”
They wake up thinking, “I just want to finally feel confident raising my prices and charge 5k.”
Sell the result. Your process is just what’s behind the scenes. And while, it’s important to talk about it (you want to make sure people understand what they’re getting into so your modality aligns with their values), it’s crucial NOT to lead with it!
Stand out with your unique Brand Voice!
- What beliefs set you apart?
- What are your values?
- What bold truth are you willing to say out loud?
- How do your clients feel after working with you?
- Also, what’s your personality? DO you want to sound serious, relatable, quirky… YOU decide!
When you show up in your own voice (not a copy-paste coach voice) you stop sounding like a âmaybeâ and start sounding like a “Heck yes!”
Whatever you do, make sure your coaching offer passes the âwhy should I care?â test.
Every word needs to work hard.
In just a few seconds, your dream client should see:
- Why you,
- Why now,
- And why it matters!
Like I was saying earlier, read your offer from a stranger’s perspective. Imagine you know nothing about what you do, you’re a complete stranger landing on your offer. Read it and ask yourself if you would invest in your own offer.
Don’t be hard on yourself, don’t think you need to reinvent the wheel, just improve what you already have until it feels right.
Have a friend read it for you and ask for their opinion. Or ask a Brand Copywriter â like yours truly đ â for a messaging audit, you can book yours here.
